looking for 1st LCD under 250.00 19-20.1" need help!

I know its always asked. But in the last 3 pages I did not see a thread so here it is.

My wife is allowing me to buy a new LCD. I have up to 250.00 to buy one.

Now I looked at the size diffrences between a 19" widescreen, a 19", and a 20.1" widesceen.

the 20.1" is huge compared to the 19" widescreen let alone the 19".

So what would the best buys be?
