Hi. I have an XP. All network cards send data, but any of them receives data
( both wired and wireless ). I've runned antispy soft and antivirus soft but
It remains the same. What can I do?.

What is your Internet connection device/method ? ADSL/Cable with a
built-in Router/Separate or None ? Have you done an IPConfig/ALL
from a Command Prompt to check the NIC's settings. Can you Ping
the Device or ISP Gateway/DNS Server ? How are you determining
that Packets are being sent, but no return data is received ?

Is ADSL. the IP is correct, and the gateway too. I can't ping to any
computer of my network. I click on network adapter and incoming data appears
anumber that constantly grows but in send data is always 0. It happens in
all netwok cards.

So you're saying your NIC's are receiving data from the ADSL modem
but no outgoing traffic is occurring ? Are you using the Windows Firewall
or another 3rd-Party firewall program ? Have you logged into the ADSL
modem and checked it's Status page and settings. Is this an initial setup
issue or a new problem that has just started happening ?
