looking for a new laptop

Hey guys,
i'm looking for a new laptop and i'm not sure what's better
my requirements are graphics software like photoshop, illustrator, indesign
(not 3D). 15.4 screen, strong cpu and 3GB ram (or 4).

i saw this laptop of toshiba and his looking great

i also saw a dell model that looks not bad at all
