it can handle crysis on lower settings, but i think you want 4 gb of ram memory because crysis demands more ram than your 2gb. you have a 64xbit vista os so that wouldn't be a problem.
When he means memory, he means Random Access Memory (RAM) which is ridiculously faster than your USB drive, which is flash memory (besides the fact that your USB drive cannot function as RAM, nor will having it on your system run crysis any better).
It should be able to run it on low settings. I would also recommend 4GB of RAM if you can, but your graphics card is so weak for crysis that it won't matter so much.
The 9650GT and 9600GT is quite close in performance. Actually the 9600GT does better in Crysis. But the Asus is a good choice for portability + performance. Check these out also.
