hy guyz, this is my first post here...so im happy to be part of the team here! so this is my question: i want to buy a gamer laptop, with a good video card, until now i found an Asus with an Nvidia geforce 9650M GT 1024MB VRAM..i dont know what that means? is this a good video card? i read it is a DDR2, not DDR3...and it has a good price, about 879 euro..the laptop has this configuration: Intel Core2Duo Centrino2 P8600 2x 2.4GHz / 4096MB / 320GB / DVD-Super Multi / NVIDIA GeForce 9650M GT 1024MB VRAM / Altec Lansing Speaker / 15.4" WXGA TFT / Bluetooth / Win Vista Home Pre. / Asus Express Gate so what say u? should i take it,or do u recommand me another?? thank u guyz...respect!
well...all the games that were released this year..fallout3,crysis,COD4,gears of wars, company of hereos...all these new releases! i founded that the geforce 9600GT its better than the 9650 GT because it has DDR3 memory..its true?
That seems decent for its price, with the specs you posted you can be sure to play every current game now although not on the max settings (and some will be lower than expected).
