Mobile card is not working

i format my mobile card but when inserting card in the MP3. There is no answer

does the mp3 player recognize a memory card is inserted?.he yes,it may be because the mp3 player will read files in a specific folder.try moving the songs into folders named "AUDIO","My music".etc
