I can see a certain difference. Smearing may not be the case though image changes happening more often my help tearing is a big diff. Especially in Oblivion(sp?) and smoother frame rates seen on screen in Need for speed Most wanted and less tearing. Many super high end screen are shooting for 120hz rather than the normal 60hz. I do know that in super fast action no matter what I get a touch of image smearing that is the fault of the 8ms response which in many causes is the response time of gray to gray and not colours. Seanix isn't a top end brand for LCD, I had a philips before as well but I don't remember if a higher 75hz made a difference on it verse 60hz.

Oh yeah I remember one thing, the Philips I used at 60hz cause 75hz cause some slight image coruption or white dots simular to overclocked video card memory.
