Phone cannot be turned on

Hello,
my phone can't be on after i reboot into recovery...what should i do???

Can't turn it on as no power? Try a different battery or charger.
If it just does not load properly, most phones offer a downloadable management program for your computer that you can use to totally reload the operating system onto the phone (wiping all your old data though). Or you can get a hold of your service provider support.
