I have setup Live Communications Server 2005 on our network and everyone is
using Windows Messenger 5.1. One (and only one) of my users is trying to add
additional contacts to Windows Messenger. He gets a message saying "Sorry
your contact list is full". Everything I have read says you can have 150
contacts with Windows Messenger and he has nowhere near that (maybe 30 or
40). I also checked his Allow/Deny lists and he doesn't have anywhere near
300 items in there.

Has anyone seen this error with less than 150 contacts? We have tried
uninstalling and reinstalling with no luck. If you delete an existing
contact, it still won't let you add another.

Where is the contact list stored on the client? Registry?
