Asus A8V w/3500+

Using Asus A8V Delux W/3500+ Soc939......... What memory would take advantage of bios overclocking? What is best w/A64 939(or does it maka a difference) 1gig stick or 2x512? Looking at corsair..dual channel.
Any imput would be greatly appreciated.....

I wouldn't really try bus speed overclocking with the A8V, at least not very far. PC3500 should do for the small bus speed adjustments.
