Can i find my phone if its off if its on vibrate

Sorry, it's going to really tough unless you can narrow down it's location better.
I don't know of any way you can improve your odds of finding it.
You have to be standing within a meter or so in a quiet room to hear a cell phone on vibrate ringing.
