That's one which gets good reveiws from Newegg buyers. 350 Euro is about $445. It's $270 at Newegg.com. (Might be more to ship overseas, though.) Can't you order from them to take advantage of the better price?

From everything I have read, its one of the fastest monitors around. Its also a good all around monitor.

You have to make sure that your in the market for that type of LCD because for one, a 20 inch screen offers higher resolution. Second, will you only be gaming with this thing?

OK, maybe I'm dense. Can't you just order it online from Newegg.com and pay the shipping to Europe? Even if shipping cost an extra $40, there would still be a significant saving to you.. Or, if Newegg doesn't ship to Europe, maybe you can buy from someone on eBay. Lots of sellers claim to "ship world wide".

NewEgg doesnt even ship to Canada.
Even companies that DO ship overseas often do not ship electronics overseas. For example - Amazon.com will ship all over the world, but in certain categories like consumer electronics they dont.

bacis - what monitors ARE sold in your country?

The VX922 is rated excellent for gaming but disappointing for DVDs and movies.

Well, that's a drag.

I have this monitor in Australia. Not bad to look at, no height adjust on screen makes it less flexible than some. Had to return two to the retailer due to dead pixels at first power up, latest one I kept is fine (though I wasn't alone and another one had been returned for service in the same timeframe), so from personal experience I wouldn't recommend online ordering of this one - having said that it might just have been a dud batch. (Also tech said that it wasn't the worst run he'd seen, apparently he went through 16 monitors of another brand to find one without dead pixels in one of the early 19" models).

I'd recommend hunting down something locally if possible so returns are easier. Also - while it's a nice screen I don't really think I can tell the difference between 2ms on this one and 4ms on another brand (oh hell even the 8ms look good to me) but then perhaps my eyes aren't all that well calibrated :D

I have the VX922 and its a great gaming monitor. I play BF2 with everything on HIGH and it works great. I bought it locally (CompUSA) and paid more then if I had ordered it, but like the 2 yr warranty and the fact that I can take it back to the retailor I bought it from if something was wronge with it.

hi.
the only thing that can keep away me to bought that monitor is(what happens if it has dead pixels).
this hurts the most,to ship it back and ine best case replace it with a new one, without any dead pixels it would cost about 80 euro.
so it really hurts if keep in mind that 350 euro whoo costs.
here are sold many or better,lg monitors, samsung etc.
any suggestions on these monitors?
thanks all you people.
