I have a 19" Real Flat 996F-BK. From Realsync. I think its an off brand. But Ill be surfing the internet at 1024X768 or 1152X864. Really any resolution and the middle of the screen will go really blurry. Then I will here a slight click and it will go clear, then another click and blurry. But sometimes it goes blurry and stays. So I hit degaus in the menu and it fixes it. For a couple minutes. Is this my monitor? Or could it possibly be something else? I have an older Radeon 9600SE. Im going to replace both just to be safe. But do you think it could be one or the other?
