Help!! I'm looking to buy two laptops to be used by staff when delivering training.
They will be connected to projectors.
They need to be light enough, have excellent intergrated speakers (external speakers are too much extra to carry around) with a high level to the sound they can produce as they will be used to show training dvd's to large numbers of people in large enough halls. They need to work on business visa or xp pro so they can connect to the network in the office.
I have a budget of £550 per machine which needs to include all vat and delivery.
Am i asking for too much does such a laptop exist?
You'll be hard pressed to find speakers like that on a laptop. If your presentation halls are wired for sound you might consider hooking the laptop to those soundsystems. Otherwise, you'll need powered external speakers to get the job done.
I agree. Not using external speakers/PA speakers is very unprofessional and will likely yield to be counterproductive. Notebooks speakers are terrible. Even the best of them are terrible.
