Windows explorer

Hello,
my problem is.. when i try to open my windows explorer to view the documents..... it displays 'windows explorer had stopped working' and then it shows 'windows explorer is restarting' then nothing happens.... help me fix and solve the problem

What version of Windows are you using? Are you trying to open a document or just view a folder that has documents in it?
