I purchased Samsung 20" 204B montior back in late Aug. I never printed the $60 rebate form from the Newegg website. Now I can't find it. Can someone share it with me?

The 204B gets good reviews from buyers.

It's surprisingly cheap for a 20.1" UXGA screen (that's because it's got a TN panel), but still a good deal.
