memory for athlonxp2500 overclock

I'm going to be overclocking an athlonxp2500 to whatever (maybe a 3000). What do you recommend i get for memory to make this a great machine? (but i don't want to sell my kidney to do it).

If you've chosen ur mobo already, it may be a good idea check into whether that mobo has any issues with certain ram (check into forum sites on that mobo for word of any ram incompatibility). Some mobo's are picky.
