50 % cpu usage all the time

Hi I recently bought a samsung rv 515 ao1 for my son for xmas, but have noticed in the task manager the cpu usage is at 50% + at all times even though the task manager programs are not using more than 5 to 10%.
I was wondering what background progs or services could be causing this and is there an easy way to stop it.

I figured it out, somehow steam was loading but not showing in task manager, uninstall and reinstall fixed it
