Boot message

Alright, you've got a few problems here:
1. You're not being descriptive enough. You don't even have one sentence written down. As far as I can tell, your Acer notebook doesn't turn on, but somehow without it being turned on, it displays "boot OS" onscreen. Something can't display things on screen if it's not on, and I highly doubt it simply says "boot OS". If that is indeed the case, then what else does it do before that? What about after it? If it doesn't turn on, say so, and if it does, give a detailed description of the error message, or simply take a picture of it.
2. You posted two fairly bad threads minutes from one another. Keep everything in a single thread, edit it a few times if you have to. Wait a good amount of time (a few hours, or several other posts from other after you) before giving your thread a bump, and if no one responds after the bump, it's time to move elsewhere.
