Does tiger direct ship brand new?

Does tiger direct ship brand new products (im in Canada). Some people had complains about dead pixels and one other said that his product was already opened before shipping to ensure that "all the parts where there".

Anyone who bought from tigerdirect can say that they ship everything not from the refurbished section as "new"

Tiger Direct does indeed ship brand new products. However, just like all the other DISREPUTABLE vendors out there, they don't exclusively ship new parts. I know from personal experience that they have (at least in the past) shipped RMA or refurbished items under the label 'new.'
