I'm using a P-MVA panel at the moment (Viewsonic VP2030b). It appears like this panel might use dithering. I was thinking that it wouldn't use dithering because it was MVA. Any thoughts on how I can confirm for sure whether it uses dithering and why it might use dithering?

According to behardware, it is a P-MVA panel. It is 20.1 inches and has overdrive.
