Laptop Won't Boot = DRIVIN ME CRAZY ! :(

Hi , I have a laptop (Acer Aspire 5120 WLMi)

When I boot I get an error saying:

Device: 06 Device: 02 Funtion : 00
ERROR -
Resource Conflict - PCI IN SLOT 03

(And it goes on, descending in numbers )

I have the option to boot (which then gets to the Windows Vista boot screen and crashes) or the option to go to setup (F2)

I have a memory card reader installed which could be where the PCI is coming from, (as laptops don't have PCI slots...)

When It worked Windows was wanting to install shiny new drivers for it, called:
PCI FLASH MEMORY

Won't Boot. Won't Work. Out of Warranty. Acer Aspire 5102 WLMi...

**** IT'S NOW BOOTING TO A BLUE SCREEN!!! **** ??

What happens when you simply remove the card?

ok guys this will sound crazy but I have the same problem and the only way to boot is .....
when the first bar (blue) loads and right before it beeps, open the cd rom . something happens and confuses the system and it boots. That is how I do it and I have no idea how to fix it...
