RAM for an A64...

What should I be looking for? I've heard A64s are best with low latency, but I've also heard that OCZ EB is the best for them. And I should look for at least PC3200?

A64's love low latency. Unfortunately there's a whole slew of junk boards that can't handle it. It's mostly a chipset issue, and I don't know the exact cause. The nForce3 250 chipsets seem best for handling low latency RAM, and Anandtech just did a review on some newer modules using high speed Samsung chips.

The OCZ EB, PC3200, 2GB (2x1024), is both EB and the lowest latency I've seen out of the matched 2GB, at CL 2.5-3-2-8. So if you're going for 2GB total using a matched pair, the OCZ4002048EBDCPE-K looks best.

how does that ocz eb hold up, anyone know?
I am debating it. Outrageously high in my opinion. Seems like memory is very high in general atm.
