Problem turning on a dell latitude d5193

my dell latitude wont turn on when i plug it in and the charge indicator flashes and then nothing happens, i messed with it a while and all the lights came on but the screen stayed black. i dont know what to do.

Could be that the battery is dead and that the lights are coming on because it's plugerd in. Tyr taking the battery out and having it pluged in see if it will turn on. If not and it's still under warranty then you will have to contact Dell support.
