Setup.exe is not a valid win 32 program

Hello,
Im trying to install TES IV; Oblivion on my new computer with daemontools and a disk image, it runs on windows 7 64 bit, and i got the following message:
Setup.exe is not a valid win 32 program.

What OS are you running? This sounds like the message you get when you try to run a 64-bit program on a 32-bit OS.
