You are using 3g or 4g (wimax/LTE) wireless internet service right?

ISP does not provide wifi service. wifi is a wireless loacl area network that you set up yourself. You are mixing wifi with 3g and 4g (wimax/LTE) wireless broadband service.

You need to connect the USB 3g or 4g (wimax/LTE) modem to a wireless router which support the USB modem and connect your laptop and the printer to the wifi router. This will allow you to share the 3g or 4g (wimax/LTE) internet service through wifi and creates a home network to share the printer.
