have a 160 gb with 8 mb cache and a 40 gb with a 2 mb cache. have 32 gb worth of files (music, pics, etc), that i dont want to lose. how would you partition (if you would at all) the 2 harddrives to make the system run the best i.e. what size partition for windows xp and all its updates, what size for song files, back-up files, etc. thanks in advance!!

On the 160GB drive; C:\ 10-16GB for OS and programs etc.
D:\ remainder drive, place My Documents here. On the 40GB drive; E:\ place paging file here and backup/archive of your must-not-loose data.
