Does anyone know why most of my administrative tools icons might looks like
a default icon? It is a black icon with a kind of greenish-blue/ cyan color
lettering that reads ICO.

How do I change it back to it's "Normal" icon. An example of one is the
"Cluster Administrator" or any of the "Active Directory..." icons.
