  1. Hello siva_58,
    Welcome to Forums!

Your memory card is not detected in phone or computer.
When inserted in computer, see if you can see this card in Disk Management (Right Click on computer >> Manage >> Disk Management) - if detected, it should have a drive letter assigned to it (like D: or G: etc. ) if there is no drive letter assigned but card is showing, you would need to assign it a drive letter.
If card is not detected in Disk Management, it might have gone bad. Good luck!!
  2. jsmakkar is right ,but you can still revive your memory card!
Ihave the same problem too yet revived it
and a thing to say if your memory card is of class four or above then it is possible if not then badluck
    Try this method

This means may be the format was not successful
Then you have to format it again
    1) Open turn your cpu on, attach the memory card
    2) click on start menu right click Computer and select manage
    3) Now a separate window will appear, on the top left corner of it click on the Disk Managment under Storage in the list
    4) A Disk should be listed side to the Disk 1 in the middle-bottom page Note: a black bar is attached on it ,that is your memory card, you need to again right click on it and click format
    5) wait till its complete then rightclick on it and select assign

OR the alter native way is
It may be mean that you have to format it completly, then try this one

Click on start menu, type diskpart in the search box,and click on the diskpart, under program bar that will appear

(NOTE:Just your memory card and keyboard and mouse were to be stay connected untill its done)

Now a screen with black background will appear
you will see a line written DISKPART_
now type- list disk ,then press enter
A list of disk will appear , under Size search for your memory volume(if its 8GB then it will be written like 8192MB),and search for its corresponding name under Disk ###

Type- select disk 1 ,press enter key
NOTE:IF YOUR MEMORY IS listed AS Disk1 then type select disk 1,if listed disk2 then type select disk2 likewise
    Type: clean ,press enter key
wait for some time after cleaning is complete you will see the DISKPART_ again

Type: create partition primary , press enter key
Type: format fs=ntfs , press enter key
    Now wait untill format completes

    NOW the final one
    Type:assign ,press enter key
wait for a message to show "disk part has succeded in assigning"
now remove your memorycard and have fun

  5. Sorry for late reply
I think what i have typed you wont have understand
I mean what i have posted you didn't understand it
Here's a link that i have posted ,regarding your problem, just a tutorial
    http://www.tomshardware.com/faq/id-2476428/format-memorycard-longer-formatable-working-formated-general-methods.html

    Hope it may help you
If you cant format your memorycart with this then tell me ok :)
  6. And a thing more ,have you seennsomething like C4 written on your memory card, it indicates the speed as well as the type of memory card.
if your memory card is of lower class type like, C2 then i think it can be revived.
But if its of C4 or Above then it can (I may be wrong, cause what i have said is totally based on my experiment)
