I am having a similar issue with the Phillips SPC900NC/00.

I have Windows XP Professional x64 Edition. Whenever I plug in the camera the little light comes on and Windows tries to find a driver but it fails every time. When I try to install the software/drivers from the CD the same thing happens, I plug it in, the little light comes on, and Windows tries to find it and fails again.

I can verify that it works on my old computer which was running Windows XP Professional (32bit).

Thanks in advance for any help.
