I just bought a new laptop with a 5400 RPM drive in it, and i feel its the only thing dragging it down. There is an AMD 2.2ghz Dual Core, 4gig of RAM, and 1gig of dedicated video memory inside this potential beast, and i found it for 850. Are there any suggestions or could anyone get me started on where i should be looking for instruction on how to replace the Hard drive? Any help is greatly appreciated.
Simple and easy. Find a disk you like (if you want more performance, go for a 7200RPM), pop the panel that covers the disk off the bottom of your notebook, unscrew the disk in there, replace with new disk, reverse process. If you need more detail, just ask.
