I have my second Samsung, first had stuck pixel. Both of them hav had a problem with the display not being level. The first one was 1/2" lower on the left & the second was 1/4" lower. It appears to be a problem with how the bracket assembly is attached. I took off the cover on the bracket & there are 3 screws holding the tilt mechanism & if loosened you can take out the error, but when the screws are tightened the assembly seats itself approx. where it was before. I was able to get mine level within 1/16" by puting a knife blade in the gap & then tightening the screws. Be sure to take the knofe out before reassembly! 1/16" off level is tollerable, but I may explore this issue further in order to get it perfect. This adjustment does not involve opening the case, just snaping off the back cover of the bracket, so I don't have an issue with playing arround with it. Otherwise the monitor seems pretty nice. A bit of excessive backlight bleed at top & bottom, but this is only annoying when watching movies.
Gotta go
