.DLL files missing...

I don't know what to do now. By accident my power source for my computer shut off so I rebooted my computer. Then it started to pop up setupapi.dll is missing and failed to load powrprof.dll. Now I can't run majority of my programs nor can I watch videos on youtube. Any ideas on what I can do?

From what little research I did it is suggested you run System File Checker (sfc) from a command prompt. These two links provide more detailed information about your problem:

Those are system files once they get corrupted they will hard to recover, update your directx if the issue not solve then re-install OS.
