Does ReadyBoost help on a good PC?

I have a ton of small USB drives laying around. (Around 12 4GBs.)

Would using ReadyBoost help at all? It helped with my old PC, but it was terrible and had 3GB of RAM. My current PC has 16GB, so would I even notice a difference?

No, you wouldn't notice the difference. In fact, I believe Windows actually disables ReadyBoost if you have 4GB or more of RAM. And whatever the case, ReadyBoost is simply not a substitute for adding more RAM. It's fine as a short-term stopgap, but little else.
