Getting upnpframework.exe message

On my Sony Vaio I get the error message UPnPFramework.exe Application Error
Instruction at "0x00149F41" Referenced Memory "0Xffffffff" could not be read
OK to terminate program Cancel to Debug" every time I try to reboot. How do
I fix this?

Hi,

The file is usually part of a Sony Vaio system and is not part of Windows.
See this: http://www.file.net/process/upnpframework.exe.html as the file may
be what it appears to be depending on where it is executing from.
