Heatspreader?

How useful are these? I have seen both Thermaltake and Vantec brands of passive memory cooling and I'm ordering an XP2500+ to overclock with Samsung DDR3200 ram. How big a difference will the heatspreader's make?

Which kit is the most effective to buy?

Not much as you are only overclocking the CPU and not the RAM. However, they can't hurt anything if you decide to install them.
