customizing hot keys

is it possible to change the hot keys for things like cut, copy and paste,
etc. I have changed to the dvorak keyboard, and it is now really awkward to
use common things like these.

Maybe key switcher software utility?

Or use Shift-Delete, Ctrl-Insert, Shift-Insert, for Cut, Copy, Paste
