If I have an OEM disk - If I purchased the full edition can I do a repair
without using my data on pc.

Hi

You 'may' be able to perform a Repair install, yes, but the version of XP
could very well stay as an OEM version. Which system did you receive the
OEM CD with - some may be able to perform a 'Repair' install themselves.
