Do you know of a camera that meets these requirements?

I'd like to hear your recommendations for a digital camera that meets these requirements:

1) Rechargeable battery
2) Battery recharges from USB bus. It should have no docking station or requirement for an power supply.
3) Doesn't need to be high megapixel, just good image quality at whatever size.
4) Doesn't require software to offload images from camera to PC. It should add a drive letter just like a flash drive or such that the images can simply be copied off of.
5) Needs to work on Windows XP x64.

My requirements may be tough. I hope someone can help. Like I said, it could even be 1 megapixel, as long as the image quality is good.
