Connect test point to ground what does that means

Hello,
guys after discovering the testpoint what should i do next.i read a post saying connect testpoint to ground.i just dont know what to do next.please help.thanks.

I don't understand what your questions relates too??? Discovering what testpoint on what item? From what I can gether, you will need to connect the testpoint to a 'ground' location, so that would be something that you can earth the testpoint to, so a bit of metal or casing of something metal will be fine.
