I have some interrogations about how good rotating widescreen LCDs are, and if they're worth buying. Specifically...
1) What are some of the best rotating widescreen LCDs?
2a) Do modern mid-range video cards allow me to stack two rotating widescreen LCDs rotated to show, say, 3840x1200, 1200x3840, 2400x1920 and 1920x2400? Do they detect monitor orientation changes?
2b) While it would undoubtedly rock for viewing webpages, would it work well with games/video?
2c) How about wallpapers? Would it be easy to change wallpapers depending on what screen setup I am in?
3) Is there any sacrifice of video quality versus functionality?
I remember seeing an LCD screen such as this somewhere, I just totally forgot. I think it would own, so while I wait for answers I'm going to look around for these kind of LCDs on my own.
