A7N8X-E Deluxe SATA?

Hello,

I got my hands on an ASUS A7N8X-E Deluxe motherboard and it says it supports SATA RAID. I was wondering, would it work fine if I just added a 160 GB SATA Drive on top of my current 120 GB (Primary) and 10 GB (Secondary) ATA Drives without using RAID or stuff like that??
