I currently have a P4C800 Deluxe mobo with two WD 120gb HD's in Raid0. I am planning on purchasing additional storage for my computer. It is used mainly for playing games and backing up movies. Now that the space is beginning to go (only 65gb left of 240gb) i am noticing performance decreases and longer access times. The main ideas i have are listed below:

A) Buy two WD 200gb SATA disks and put them in raid, but seperate of the existing raid partition. This will allow me to use the first disk for operating system and programs while the second disk can be used for storage and the swap file. Perhaps use partitioning?

B) Buy two 120gb SATA drivers and put them in RAID WITH the existing raid drive (having formatted the existing raid first).

C) Buy two drives, and do not put them in raid. Possible advantages?

D) Buy one raptor 76gb. Good performance but considerably less storage space, especially for the price (i could almost get the two 200gb's for one of the 76gb drives!).

I would like to know people's thoughts and recommendations on this. What would you do if you have my setup? If you need any more system specs, just ask, or look at my sig :)

Thanks for reading!

Just get a couple of 200G drives and make another RAID array.
