Add third monitor to laptop ?

hello, currently I have a monitor connected to my lenovo laptop via VGA. So now I have extended display. What if I want to add another monitor ? If I purchase those startech usb-vga device, will the display extend further ? Will the driver allow me to do that? Will the monitor connected to the VGA function ? any advice much appreciated

Without reading the manual it looks like it should work as an extended display with what you already have.
Since you can download and read the manual I'd suggest doing that to confirm it can do what you expect.
