I have a machine which i need to ghost to another drive, the thing is that in the HD it has 3 partitions.
the 1st partition(C) is marked as Boot, the 2nd is marked as System

i need to delete the 2nd partition, how can i change the boot and system locations?

A harddrive only has one Master Boot Record, and it’s not part of any
partion. If your trying to o what i think you trying to do (litraly
copy paste windows to another computer) then it’s not going to work,
becasue it’s often the case that the hardware configurations are
diffrent inof to casue BSOD on startup. Plus, you would have to find a
way to write the NTFS boot record for windows. So when the MBR is told
to boot the OS on what ever partion, it can find the bootloder on that
partion and boot windows.
