Anytime you use a phone with your SIM card in it (even if you're not making a call) ... it's being seen as 'in the system'.

The only way you can take a SIM card 'out of the system' is... to not use the SIM card.

You seem to be asking for help cracking the mobile providers ability to charge you for the mobile service you're using. Asking for help to do that kind of illegal action is against the forum rules.

Use the service? Pay the bill.
