I recently switched service to your company in Cherokee-NC for the same price as my previous service. But now when I place a call to area code '670', I am always receiving insufficient funds, purchase more time. I never have had this problem before with other carriers and a lot of my calls go to ac 670. Why am I having this problem?

It may be because the service is viewing it as a long distance call. Either that or there is a glitch. I think that getting in touch with the carrier would help you get to the bottom of the issue.
