I am trying to pick out a Laptop for my sis, but I am completely clueless about mobile hardware. Her budget is absolutely no more than $900. She wants one with a screen in the 15 to 17 inch range. And she plans to do a fair bit of gaming on it. Just to name a few, she will probably be playing Oblivion, The Sims 2, and Roller Coaster Tycoon 3. She has no brand preferences, but preferably not Dell, and an Intel CPU would be nice. I have been doing much googling with little success so any help from ya’ll would be much appreciated.

Go to Hp.com, they have good deals. Especially for small laptops. They often come with goood ggraphic cards too and they're probably around 900$ or so. Good luck

At that price point, get anything with a discrete graphics card in it, and you should be okay.
