I recently bought a Dyne DN6512 mp3 player which I personally think is an excellent player! It worked perfect until I upgraded it with the newest firmware. After that, the program which is delivered with my player (Express Manager+) couldn't recognize my player anymore. Although Win Xp recognizes my player automatically. I can't go back to an older firmware either...And from www.dynetel.com I don't get any info back so...HELP...Anyone?

I have a hard time believing that the manufacturer would release a firmware that was incompatible with their own transfer software. Check for an update to the transfer software.
