memory prices

What is the outlook on memory prices? When will we see some of the higher end Corsair, Kingston, OCZ, etc RAM coming down? Eventually I'll be in the market for 1Gb Dual Channel PC3200 or higher. I was just wondering if we may see that coming down at all, say the end of this year or beginning of next.

Actually I remember reading something about Micron and a bunch of the other major manufacturers getting investigated for price fixing. Anyone else heard of this, or have an update?
